We provide a continuous Austempering service through multiple furnace lines as well as an on site metallurgical lab to ensure the quality of our service. We have designed, built and continue to maintain all of our own equipment. Our lab equipment and controls professionally calibrated regularly each year. At Eastern Metal Treating, Inc, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality service available. We have 2 furnace lines in full service production. A 3rd production line is coming soon, to not only increase capacity, but help minimize down times with scheduled maintenance intervals.

They love visitors and all the attention they can get, as well as treats and belly rubs. They keep an eye on EMT employees as well as offer moral support for our team.
