Our Maintenance Lead Kevin R. has just graduated from MTI's Yes Management Training program which took occurred over the course of 10 months! Congratulations Kevin!

Eastern Metal Treating has passed its ISO 9001:2015 recertification audit with 0 non-conformances. See our Certification page for a printable copy our the new Certification. 

Eastern Metal Treating has updated its lab with a new hot mount mold press to go along with our automatic polisher unit equipment to efficiently and effectively produce hot mounted molds for microstructure analysis as will as any microhardness testing. 

Now that Covid-19 Virus seems to be slowing down we would like to welcome our customers to visit our facility and witness the difference in quality and service we make! Schedule an appointment with us to visit our facility. 

Eastern Metal Treating has acquired a new International 26 foot box truck to pick up and deliver parts to customers locally in the state of Connecticut. International trucks are made in America. (picture on our 'services' page)

Eastern Metal Treating is proud to announce that we have started to build / install a 3rd Furnace line which will increase our capacity and also help to improve our maintenance capabilities. 

We have added an automatic Polisher and a saw to our Quality lab to help us efficiently produce and prepare molds for Microstructure analysis or Microhardness testing.  This will help improve our turn around time, quality and delivery of your product.  

During COVID 19 pandemic; Eastern Metal Treating remains open under strict guidelines. Practicing social distancing, supply and wear facemasks and hand sanitizer stations, as well as extra cleaning and disinfecting any common areas used. We are e-mailing all our paperwork at the current time as well. Taking many precautions to keep our workers safe and healthy.
